I have an idea for our ranking structure, Dinger.
Everyone is considered a recruiter, yes.
We need to have a set rank, or minimum rank to do tryouts. Unless Homitz wants to do it all himself. But I was thinking, 1 star or more could do tryouts. This way, we usually have someone online that can get this done.
Also, recruiters who get good solid players who are frequently online, should be considered in their ranking.
Skill, frequency of play, and skill with certain weapon (i.e. if you’re an awesome sniper, you will gain rank because of a certain skill set.) As well as attitude towards other clan members.
And finally, We along with ranking, we should have a special forces team. A “top” team if you will. 2 amazing shotgun/wall bouncers with 2 amazing special weapon users. This way, in a clan battle, we will be able to adapt to whatever surrounding we need to.

That’s a great idea drunk only x and up can recruit but anyone in the clan can give a reference in regards of new people wanting in the clan just needs the appropriate clan member to give the tryout to be a REAL tryout. THERE WILL BE NEW PROMOTIONS SOON…just want to get with bladez or grillz before i make the new post. There will be some demotions!!! But mainly a few promotions..I will be posting the clan members new ranks under PLAYER RANKING at the very top of the site. Also there you will find what the x’s and l’s mean in the in your rank.

We had decided and there are some promotions and demotions in the clan. Check the PLAYER RANKING page to see where you stand. Congratulation to the promoted!!! For the people who didn’t and think they should be, prove your self and you will! But for now respect the ones above you, they deserve it.

Ok everyone we all know this is a gears clan, but damn we need more team activity…we dont have to play nothing but gears there are lots of games out there we can play as a team…like me and HOLLYWOOD play NBA 2K10 its not gears but we do play as a team…”activity”…if you get burned out on gears there are more 1st and 3rd person shooters out there like MWF2,BC2,WAW,GTA5,ect….all it takes is party invite. Some of you has turned into ghost “WTF” is it HOLLYWOOD,DXBLADEZ,GRILLZZ,MEATO,and I now?
Someone “who isnt a clan member just some random guy” is posting on the site…more than most members of the clan are!!! If you want shit to happened do something…Ive done more than enough for this clan trying my damnest to keep it a float. Time for someone to step up and take responsiblity for something…”GAMEBATTLES”…just staying I cant do it all…I got the site…I got the email address…I made the ranking system…I promote I demote…I recruite!!! Ask your self “what have I done?”….?

I agree and want to apologize for my absence. Aside from my roommates dominating netflix, I haven’t been making the full either. I said before I would take over game battles… All I need is the password. I am all for a MW2 branch. We gave some serious talent on there. And recruiting would be so damn easy, and since that’s basically me n bladez territory right now… recruiting members off of our friends list (from MW2) could probably double our members.
Its all good man… take a look at the new stuff i did to the site and tell me what you think…everyone is gonna have a new role in the clan as of right now…i want 2 teams A team and B team they are responsible for there team on gamebattles…that means you pick your team and run the show that is your squad unless told differently from a higher rank. Team A has pick over team B…You are responsible for making that team… meaning get on gamebattles and create the team and choose your password… share only with above rank. Clan name for gamebattles should read as this… (XSTRYKERSQUAD) no need for the XSS after it because that is our emblem. As far as team B (xSTRYKERSQUAD) will be good..the X in frount of the name will go good with the XSS emblem…i think…So what do yall think??? Yall ready to get this shit started???

Team B may be another online game for gamebattles like MW2…but if so there will be different rules on how it get run…like instead on being in charge of the Team you will just run the gamebattles page…and have some say so in curtain matters, but not complete control like the leader of Team A.

I like it Dingaling. I wanna wait til Donny gets back before I touch the GB, but I have a couple prospects for MW2. I’ll see what they got goin on in GOW as well. Side note, the site looks bad ass man. The new additions looks pretty straight.
I wanted to bring up the point you and I discussed the other night about name changes. I vote, that only ranked officers should do GT changes. The reason is, because officers will rank slower, much slower than Cpl’s and Sgt’s. And to confirm the reasoning behind the ranking structure on the website… Christina (Asylum) was told to change her GT, I told her to hold off on that because I wanted to talk to big daddy or grillz about leaving the grunt ranking structure soley on the website. Grunts will rank quicker, and don’t need the hassle of the $12.50 charge every time they rank up.
My opinion on what the old guy did, the XSSxGEN is flawless, for the officers. So xLT, xMAJ, xCPT and so forth. We need to get a strict and specific “on GT” ranking structure and stick to it. I was under the impression that we were going to just have the website ranks but however ya’ll wanna do it. There’s my idea, I’m washing my hands of anything further, so lemme know or hold ya peace.
I here ya Drunk thats sounds perfect only Officers will get there names changed…me and Homitz talked and ill be posting a new ranking system tonight…ranks are from the Army chart so it gonna be the real thing… 5 * “stars” Officers and 5 l “stripes” Homitz rank is ***** General , or XSSxGEN…hopefully this will be the last time i do this if anyone has any questions just ask me.
